DR. HANI MANSOUR AL MAZEEDI

Dr. Hani has more than 35 years of work experience in the area of Food Safety, Food Quality Systems, and Halal requirements services. Have visited world famous food industries and slaughterhouses and have watched closely Halal slaughtering services and the latest food processing techniques in countries such as Australia, New Zealand, USA, France, Belgium, Holland, Denmark, Turkey, Italy, Malaysia, Brazil Saudi Arabia, Syria and in addition to Kuwait.
He has written a book “Index of Official papers related to Food and Slaughter according to Islamic Rites, for the period of 1979-2016”, and the State of Kuwait distributed it free for interested organizations.
Dr. Hani is an international Halal speaker, with vas knowledge in Halal, he was one of the Hala expert who formulate the first Halal standard draft for OIC and stood firmly against stunning and mechanical slaughtering. He lately introduces a new concept in Halal, the 5F-Halal. Dr. Hani work for International Islamic Halal Organization owned by the Muslim World League of Saudi Arabia. Dr. Hani has won the Halal Journal Award, of Malaysia, in 2009. Initiated and executed the Halal conference and workshops in Kuwait, in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.
